Explaining the AutoMind AI Diagnostic Report
Reports are written in HTML, so it opens in your phone’s browser.
The initial section provided is the Vehicle Profile, fault codes present when the report was processed, and the results of the diagnostic questionnaire during the Report Purchasing process.
The first real part of the diagnosis is certainly the most important. It’s the ‘Is your vehicle safe to continue driving?’ section. It’s colour-coded like a traffic light,..
- Red is DO NOT drive for fear of causing further damage to the engine
- Amber is continue the journey with caution for limited miles
- Green means it’s OK to continue without concern.
We also include here a full description of what has made the AI mechanic come to his conclusion.
This is then followed by the Vehicle Fault Code Assessment.
Here the AI mechanic will first group together any fault codes that relate to the same issue, and order them top down by importance.
Each mini report will include:-
- The fault codes,
- What is happening i.e. what is causing the fault
- The urgency of repair
- Any other connected faults and symptoms via the answers you gave in the diagnosis Q&A
- Possible causes
- And, repair guidance.
The latter two provide enough information, and in plain English, that any vehicle owner will now feel confident discussing the repair requirements. No more mechanic blinding you with automotive jibberish, leaving you feeling uncomfortable and none the wiser.
Below the Fault codes, we supply a Glossary to ensure full understanding of any technical terms, then we finish by summarising all the details.

To close the report, again scroll to the top of the report, and click the X in the top left corner – This will take you back to the Reports menu.
