Understanding the AutoMind Diagnostic Report
AutoMind diagnostic reports are stored in the app. To access them, once logged in, on the main menu,
choose the Purchased Diagnostic Reports tile.
This will open the Reports menu and list them all in date order.
Each card includes the vehicle profile and fault codes that were present during processing.
To view a report, select the ‘Ready to View’ button on the relevant card.
Please Note: AutoMind is a free service, so phone and direct email support isn’t available. Help is provided via this Knowledge Base and Ticketing System only. In the app, tap the help or ‘i’ icon to view the correct article. If you still need assistance, you can submit a support ticket — but if the answer is already covered here, we’ll refer you back to it.
