Information Centre
The Information Centre provides background and technical information about the AutoMind system. Here’s what you’ll find:
System Overview: A brief description of how the AutoMind diagnostics system works is included for quick reference.
App Version Number: The current version of the AutoMind app is displayed here, which is useful if you’re checking for updates or troubleshooting.
System Logs Access: You’ll find a button to access System Logs. Logs are stored as one file per day and can be:
- Shared (e.g. with support for diagnostic help)
- Deleted if no longer needed
This screen is primarily used for support and troubleshooting but offers transparency for users who want to understand more about the app’s operation.
Please Note: AutoMind is a free service, so phone and direct email support isn’t available. Help is provided via this Knowledge Base and Ticketing System only. In the app, tap the help or ‘i’ icon to view the correct article. If you still need assistance, you can submit a support ticket — but if the answer is already covered here, we’ll refer you back to it.
